The SimplyLingo website
We try to ensure that the website is available at all times and that transmissions are error-free. However, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, access to the website may from time to time be suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities.
You must not use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the website or access to it to be interrupted or damaged in any way.
The website contains vocabulary in many languages and while every effort is made to ensure completeness and accuracy we cannot accept any liability for losses arising from the lack of either.
Information provided by you in the course of registration will not be used in any other connection nor disclosed to any person or organisation. From time to time we may send you an email outlining any changes or improvements made to the site or to remind you that membership renewal is due.
Membership Conditions
Standard Membership
This is free of charge and is offered with no time limitations whatever. You will be asked to re-register each year to ensure that unnecessary details are not maintained for those members who no longer require registration. Standard membership is a limited membership in that it offers availability of only the first level words and phrases. It is intended primarily as a trial so that individuals can decide if they wish to further their language learning and subscribe to Premier Membership.
Premier Membership
Premier membership is a subscription service which offers the full range of words and phrases. There is no limitation of use provided only the web pages offered as part of the site are used for access. Subscription payments will only be accepted through the secure methods offered by our PayPal partners. We will not be aware of any payment details such as credit card numbers and you are solely responsible for security of your card and its details.
Unauthorised Access
You are responsible for keeping confidential your User name and Password. If you believe your password has become known to any third party you may change it using the link provided on the welcome page.
On line payments using credit or debit cards must be completed by the cardholder acting in person and Premier Membership is accepted on this understanding.
Any attempt at unauthorised usage such as hacking will be vigorously pursued in a court of law subject to the laws of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to make changes to our website and these conditions at any time. If any condition is deemed unenforceable, that condition will be deemed to stand alone and will not affect the validity of any remaining condition.
